Q. Do you deliver all over India?
Yes! We deliver across India, including tier 2 and tier 3 cities. We're working hard to reach every corner of the country so no child misses out on the Tumblebee joy!
Q. How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are usually shipped within 24–48 hours and delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
Q. Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via SMS/email to follow its journey to your doorstep.
Q. Do you offer express delivery?
Currently, we offer standard delivery. Express shipping options will be introduced soon — stay tuned!

Yes! All Tumblebee toys are made with non-toxic materials, rounded edges, and are designed to be child-safe. We follow BIS safety guidelines and conduct regular quality checks.
Q. What age groups are your toys suitable for?
Most of our toys are suitable for kids aged 0–3 years, with specific age recommendations mentioned on each product page.
Q. Where are your toys manufactured?
All our toys are proudly Made in India at our manufacturing units, with strict safety and quality protocols.
Q. Do the toys require batteries?
Some toys like the Dancing Musical Boy/Girl and Astro Duck run on AA batteries. Battery requirements are listed on each product's page.
Q. Are your toys educational?
Yes, many of our toys are designed to stimulate motor skills, creativity, and sensory development while being super fun.
🔄 RETURNS & REFUNDS
Q. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 3 days of delivery if the toy is defective or damaged. The toy must be unused and in its original packaging.
Q. How do I request a return or replacement?
Simply write to us at info@tumblebee.in with your order ID and a photo/video of the issue. We'll guide you through the process.
Q. When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and verify the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Q. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit/credit cards, UPI, Net Banking, and Wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for select locations.

Absolutely! You can enter the recipient's address at checkout and even leave a gift message. We'll take care of the rest.
